    Was this ever resolved for you? I've been having the same issue since the Summer patch. It's the same as your screenshot, with the notice appearing during character selection.

    I even reformatted my laptop today and installed the latest files and I still can't play :) It's specific to my laptop, I can play on other devices lol.
