Do you even lift?

    My schedule

    Mondays: Legs
    Tuesdays: Chest
    Wednesdays: Shoulders
    Thursdays: Back
    Friday: Legs + Accessories (Arms,Abs,Obliques)

    Looks like it's leg day for me. I just finished my small powerlifting journey because it didn't make me as happy as I did when I was bodybuilding. I've been bodybuilding for about two years now :) Hoping to rip so many muscles today, I've been worrying about my hamstrings, they're too small. What's your guy's schedule and what do you normally do?

    Today I'll probably do some...

    Barbell Lunges
    Lying Leg curls
    Stiff leg Deadlift
    Pullups (Missed it on back day, used to do them every day :) )
    Shrugs (Missed it on back day)
    Oblique dips
    Biceps - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - |
    Forearms - - - - - Hit these babies hard with volume! - - |
    Triceps - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
    Leg raises.

    used to powerlift, stopped due to back injury. recovering now. i'm getting back into it next year tho. just no more deads or oly lifts

    Unless ur on cycle , its no smart to go 2 days legs a week
    Ur legs wont be able to recover and ur muscle get in shock by over training and that will reslut in legs beeing the same

    Only lifting I do is lifting volleyballs up before they hit the floor and then bitch slapping them into the floor...

    Used to be just plain old lower-upper-lower-upper for me
    Squats, leg press, leg curl, lat pull down, bench press, etc.
    no supplements

    #7 You can train legs twice a week without ruining your progress.. If you squat 10 sets for 10 reps 85% of max twice a week that's your own fault. Your body is amazing at adapting to physical stress, also naturally. I eat 1000 kcal more on my leg days, mostly from carbs, helps a shit ton. Also after legs, walk on the treadmill for 15-20mins and stretch for 5-10mins, helps the blood flow
