Only lost 1% exp upon death

    Description of the bug: I died and lost 1% exp
    What is supposed to happen?: Lose 10% exp
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: I died last night and didn't lose noticeable exp, i thought maybe I had a charm on hand (although was pretty sure I didn't). I died again today with no charm and lost no noticeable exp again. Then I died on purpose and noticed I lost exactly 1% exp
    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional): get hit by mob, achieve 0HP
