every person is different, you are going by the common. That's like saying "Lionel messi is the best player in the world. he wins." Before the game is even over.

When it comes down to a pure decision that can impact future events, facts have to be followed & rules inforced.

Everyone asked to use Franco's gear , and this whole time I played here I was under the impression you couldn't scam people.. And that if you got scammed you could get your gear back.. No need to lie about it, everyone knows he lends his gears out probably 5-10 times a day .. No playing favorites if someone else posted I'd say the same thing only if they got scammed/lent gear that I actually knew of because this is the first time I get to voice my opinion on the matter..

 

Give me an example of one person who has given away his gear set voluntarily (not scammed) and kept playing without quitting. It's just not real, there is no reason for anyone to do that. One or two items is understandable because some people are nice and like to help out. But NO ONE would give away a complete set without quitting afterwards, especially if it's his only equipment set.

How is Messi's example related to any of this? o.o

 

Suggestion: in law if something happens and it is not a clear thing by the law, they make a new law to make those kinds of things clear.
So, just add a few more lines to the ToS regarding this matter and it should all be good?

Whereas you're very kind for offering this gift to him, it disgusts me that just because a popular player lost something seemingly valuable (yet he should be able to easily regain it), people are offering him free stuff left and right. If it were portrayed as his own fault (which it still is, let's be fair) rather than a scam, no one would give him stuff. This isn't an attempt to call out those that give them stuff, but rather those that accept the offers. Imagine someone drop trades 500m in equips and items and loses it, would they get it all handed back to them as gift from others? No. If they did, they fucked up, it's the same here. It's their responsibility, not anyone else's, let them take the risk and if they lose, their loss. Read the rules and play by them, and if things go wrong, take it and move on. No one needs to get the game handed to them, yet that's what's happening here if you ask me. Again, no offence to you, but rather the general situation at hand.

There is no reason to get "disgusted" over this, TumTum actually played with Franco earlier this year before he ended up quitting (well, "taking a break"). Also, if Franco gets offered something for free because of this, it's not disgusting at all if he accepts it. He did lose the gear because he was trying to help out people, just like he has been all this time. It's just good karma tbh.

Edit: I also want to add that it's not the fact that he is popular the reason he is getting things for free from others. I can bet you that if FapLord got his gear scammed there wouldn't be people offering him stuff like they offered to Franco (without offense to FapLord though...)

Of the time when I played ML, only 2 people I kinda knew are still active.

When I quit before I also gave all of my stuff to Marisa which was also 100k+nx on gacha.... + more than 100m which was a lot back then. U can haye gm can check my account I almost never used my NX cause I liked seeing high numbers there and as a priest who only healed cause I was to greedy to buy pots for AR I had no use for money anyway...

So when I saw that someone who i knew got scammed, I didn't mind giving my stuff to him.

+ I'm not playing anyway so why not make someone happy when he got fucked over while trying to help people? He helped a lot of people so why shouldn't I give something to him if I don't care all that much about it anyway o.o

The popular part wasn't really meant to get the point across lol. I'd not give anyone anything though in such a situation, I play the game differently. As I said, if you think you can risk it, your choice, but expect to lose. And as I said... I don't feel like people should get the game handed to them, in any way.
