The image link I used stopped liking being hotlinked at some point, that's why the image broke.

Actually, as it turns out, hotlinking is a bad practice, because it piggybacks on the original image host which is a bit unfair to them, and sometimes they will cause your image to break as response.
It's best to do a quick download of the image and re-upload it as a file
