Here you go a rough list with some kind of EPH indication, it obviously can vary a bit more depending on size of party and levels
Low level leech prices are generally the same for anything up until Wolfspider, but their prize fluctuates for other reasons :^)
From Petri and up leech is mostly sold by exp. For example 1 meso = 3.7 exp, you'll mostly pay at the end depending on exp gained

lvl 20-30 Genin 200-250k eph
lvl 30-43 Jr. Wraiths 250k-350k eph
lvl 36-43 Porky's in Mu Lung 350k-400k eph
lvl 43-50 Wraiths 550-650k eph
lvl 50-53 Red Slimes 800-900k eph
lvl 53-55 Pac Pinky (GS1) 900k-1m eph
lvl 55-58 Selkie Jr. (GS5) 1-1.1m eph
lvl 58-65 (GS2) 1.1-1.2m eph
lvl 57-65 Peach Monkey - Similar to GS2
lvl 65-67 Windraiders ~3m eph (can vary quite a bit on how well you do)
lvl 67-75 CDs 2-4m eph
lvl 75-82 Wolfspiders 5-7m eph
lvl 82-85/90 Vikerola 11-12m eph
lvl 85-90 ulu 1 9-11m eph (best to stay at Vikerola)
