Legend of the Snails/Help me find my glasses

So, I was doing some quests because I didn't want to grind to level 30 (IGN= Otis), which I always do. Unfortunately these quests doesn't seem to work. I connected the GM's but they couldn't fix it or compensate me at the moment, so they suggested me to create a thread.

Bugged:

-Help me find my glasses:
After I retrieved Abel's glasses I returned them to the NPC but I didn't get any reward, the glasses disappeared.

-Legend of the Snails:
After I completed the last part of the quest (getting the Rainbow Snail Shell from Mano), I returned them to Pia the NPC in Henesys Park. This time I got only 3ok mesos. I should have received 7500 EXP (x3?) and 3 fame also.

So yeah, It would be nice if this could be fixed for other players in the future because these quests gives nice EXP.
