[NX] Inconsistent NX

    Issue: I vote and don't recieve NX despite it saying "Thanks for voting". Right now I can't vote with Massacre yet I haven't gained ANY nx since the last time I voted the day before. So I had a successful vote, yet hadn't recieved any NX. I mentioned this in a different post in this section and got no replies =]

    This is probably 4 days total in the past 2 weeks I haven't gained NX. So I'm out 20k which is a fair amount. Even the 5k I'm missing from the past 24 hrs is important to me since I'm washing.
