Quality of Life: Adding a Cab NPC in Singapore/CBD

If possible, it would be great if there was a Cab NPC in CBD/Singapore that could transport you to Boat Quay Town or Kampung Village (similar to the Cab NPCs on Victoria Island or the Dolphin in Aqua Road that takes you to 'The Sharp Unknown' map)

If you've ever multi-cliented for Scar/Targa (and didn't have access to flash jump/recoil shot/teleport), then you'd definitely understand the pain of having to move your characters for 10+ maps. I also understand that Teleport Rocks are an option, but it's usually not feasible for most players since many save their NX to purchase AP Resets for washing.

Thoughts?

Maybe an alternative mode of transport could be different town scrolls too, just for Singapore/neighboring area. Similar to how you can get certain town scrolls to travel around within Vic Island or even the Mushshrine/Showa milks you can get to make it easier to travel between certain areas?

There is literally a visible monorail in the background of CBD and the fact that we can't use it frustrates me to no end

Making it much easier for people to bring multiple alts to boss runs right before prestigious coins being released sounds like a bad idea.

 

This would really only be a problem in the situation where the likelihood of a prestigious coin drop depends on the number of people in the run, which sounds like a bad idea regardless.

 

There's several Use items such as the Dead Mine Scrolls for Zakum and the Strawberry/Fruit Milk in Showa (for Anego and The Boss). There's also the VIP Taxi in Ludi that transports you to the 'Path of Time' map.

My suggestion is simply to add a Cab or NPC that will take you to the respective towns for a fee. The cab doesn't need to necessarily teleport the player to the 'Entrance to the Spooky World' map.

Additionally, Scar/Targa is ran primarily for helms and not for exp. Not to mention, not a lot of people run Targa because of how it's a nuisance.

 

I'll have you know that in Singapore we call this an MRT

We can't use it because it always breaks down (they often do )

 

Later version in maplestory had a person named Audrey that lets you get to metropolis/ boat quay for mesos.

there are teleports to skip across basically every map between cbd and scarga/latanica that make it really fast to walk once memorized. cba to illustrate it but im down to show you ingame.
