cake boss no marble drop :c

    I threw over 300 frostings and didn't get a marble, also did not get the message that my marble was dropped. I'm using the prototype for windows, but that shouldn't affect it so this is really confusing. First time it's happened. I checked all over the map and had plenty of room in my etc inventory.

    This is currently a known problem, but not sure yet why this happens and if its related to event or the way instances are coded or whatever. This also used to happen at Snowman and perhaps it happens with the amount of people or something that server/map somehow don't know you are there...

    For those not getting a message at all can they verify if all of them entered for first time when cake was already summoned?

    I dont know if this helps but i almost always join the Boss fight when the timer is below 2 minutes but i got the marble everytime (i even dced once and it still gave me one)

    When I fought it, I was in the map before it even spawned and I did not get a marble or a message saying that one dropped.

    This happened to me as well. DCed whilst fighting and got around 150 to 200 hits in after relogging.
    Sidenote: I've had the same sort of situation before the latest patch, where the HP bar was still a thing, but I got my marble then.

    Let me know if I can help with the issue in any way.

    Nvm some within staff already say it also happened even if they already were at Cake. I have no clue than, again :/

    Maybe u could ask if this was at peaks hours? since: More people means more data to transfer and some of it might get lost in the way. I was not getting marbles sometimes but the last 4 i did (which were like 1am to 5am because of work) i got them 100% of the time, and they were less than 70 peeps.

    This was at the opposite of peak hours actually, very few people, and cake took extra long to kill xD

    I entered after cake was summoned, but I also entered when there was 1~min left but dc'd immediately, like literally as soon as I went through the portal.
