Not a Bug Pirate second job advancement broken (nevermind, I'm just dumb ;) )

Got to level thirty, so I went to see Kyrin to do the second job advancement (Brawler). I completed the conversation, she said she would take me to the training grounds, the conversation ended, and... nothing. I'm not at the training grounds, just still in the control room of the Nautilus. I've restarted the game, restarted the computer, forfeited the quest and talked to her to start it again, and still nothing. I even tried the gunslinger quest to see if that would work, and it seems to be broken too.
