Stuck on lvl 21

Please notice this is a server with all quests working and 3x questing exp. I made my way to lvl 60 pretty quickly.

 

You should still be able to find people willing to take you in to their KPQ, even if you're unable to hit. I remember being unable to hit til 25 and even then I missed half the time.
You can kill bubblings at kerning station til 25 then move onto wild boars at Perion.

 

Remember that quests are your best friends at lower levels because they can be found from the dusty canyons of Perion right down to the Swampy marshes of Thailand.
All ready to give you that tasty treat of exp that have been custom caramelized and sweetened by 3 times its normal value by Kim!

 

What did you do to go from 20 to 21? Cause that would probably work just fine for 21-22. I'm probably no help but I think there are tons of good training spots cause I constantly compare to the 1x days of 2005/2006. 2x is nice, especially the 3x questing. I think I did bubblings at that level. An old spot I used to go to was that hidden stump place in Land of Wild boar. Small map with an easy clockwise rotation. Wasn't a stranger to the green mush/horny mush trees in Ellinia either.
Try not to watch your exp bar. I usually watch a show on the side, helps a lot.

Left from kerning city you got this hidden street with octopuses and a few blue mushroom's, thats quite a good training spot on low levels

Ah, indeed low level quest are the way to go. Actually you can do most leveling through quests since its 3x reward for exp and meso really hits the exp bar. Good luck with leveling!

Doing quests is your best bet right now. Our gaming style might be different, because I leveled up to 29 (20% to 30 now) just from doing quests. While you're at it, I would suggest you to focus on the quests that give you equips.

Naora from Kerning (Stranger's Request & Stranger's Identity quests) gives you a cape +10 Avoidability
Maya from Henesys (Weird Medicine quest) gives you a Bamboo Hat +3 Luk/Str

If you are more of a party type of player, you can still do KPQ as a lot of players (if not all) are very helpful and have no problems helping you hit the mobs if you miss so you have nothing to worry about. Happy Mapling!

Not a problem, glad to help. Also, I'm not sure if you're aware of this, but you can always refer to Hidden Street website for a list of quests available around your level. The website have them in 10 levels range, 1-10, 11-20, 21-30 etc. complete with quest requirements as well as rewards. Should be very handy for you
