    Hello,

    I am a new player, I reached level 15 and voted on GTOP but did not receive NX. My character's name is iKuroii. Assistance would not appreciated.

    Weird, do you have any adblocker installed? I can't vote on my browser with ublock because it blocks the captcha for me (don't forget to do the captcha or it won't work). Maybe try to use a different browser

    Make sure that you press "done" on the captcha before pressing the vote button. Otherwise I have no clue what could be causing this, I guess you could vote on another device until you find a way to fix this.
