Add SP reset scroll to donor list.

    I think adding this feature would be a good way for players who may have mistakenly added points to a skill they didn't want have a chance to reset their skills without having to spend their NX/vote points. I do not think that this is p2w because it is just resetting skills for the individual character. Having the SP reset scroll available for 5000 LP should be a good price as it is not too expensive.

    Thoughts?

    This is the most GMS-like suggestion yet.
    Although you got the price wrong, it was a bit lower in GMS.

    I agree with this. I've met a shocking number of people that have no idea what they're doing and have screwed up their SP. Since they are not receiving any advantage over other players, I think a quick inexpensive fix like this would be great.

    I feel that it's okay to let donors have an option to purchase SP resets via the donor tab since it isn't game-breaking, just make sure the SP resets is appropriately priced
