Latest update almost ToT maintenance duration hype

No discord exclusive update but I want make some stuff clear.

The initial reason due to downtime was the DDoS attacks, which are now lasting for a month or so. We already tried new things during the month, but none of them were a complete solution. Now during this 3 day maintenance we tried even more stuff (services), but some of them do not meet our expectations of what I would say is a stable service for the public.

The reason why some things take longer is because we need communicate with the people of the services (tickets), and because some of our staff have full time work IRL, sometimes we are just too busy to work on the server itself, especially in general the timing of these attacks being awful.

The person that do our hardware maintenance have always being phnx who is listed here in the staff list, and staff members that left (recently) were never really involved in hardware maintenance, so it isn't taking longer because of them being no longer around.

Furthermore, I see people bashing our current devs because of the downtime. I want to say right now that its absolutely unfair to bash our current devs due to downtime, since they have absolutely nothing to do with the current downtime. The Summer Event had no problems, and the source was completely stable with 970 online prior to the attacks, so I would really appreciate if the bashing of our current devs stops here right now.
