Final attack skill

Probably the only skill in the game that makes your character worse simply because you have it.

I put 30 points in it because I followed a guide from 2009. Currently spending 15 days worth of vote cash to reset it.

Not a single point!

 

Or just remake your character?

 

That skill should really have been buffed to a point where it is equally good as not getting it.
Just so fighters would have a new attack animation for second job plus some more knockback.

 

What makes this skill so bad ?

I'm already level 90, so it'd take less time to just reset

 

If you're planning to just use power strike alone then final attack is good. Like everyone said, final attack with slash blast has this weird split dmg. Meaning the 260% dmg you get at Max FA (yes, I have FA maxed) will be split among the mobs you'll hit.
Although the attack animation seems to "speeds up" your attack speed when it progs. The damage it does to anything more then 1 mob is just not good enough.
So, the 2 biggest issues that makes final attack obsolete are the 60% chance and the dmg split. The animation isn't really that bothering when you have a normal/fast attack speed and booster.
