Quick Delivery Ticket (Cash Item query)

    I would like to ask with regards to the cash item "Quick delivery ticket".

    Does the receiver need to enter some authentication when they receive the package, like in MapleSEA they enter their Aisasoft passport number. What about for Maplelegends?
