Really depends on your aspirations and what you want to take from the game.
Players that are deemed "hardcore" may look into perfecting their items, or creating a brand new funded character and getting it to 200.
Players may wait in anticipation for new events, content and collect some exclusive items.
Players that enjoy the socialization part of Legends, may stay afterwards to talk to friends and joke around.

Whatever your goals are the first step would be to get to 200 first, and then find out where your interests lie.
