Low I spent 45k vote NX to find this bug [WORTH]

Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video):
I was resetting 17 SP off Iron Will the other night (cuz I'm low IQ for maxing iron will first) and decided, hey you know what? yolo. why not try resetting one more time off spear mastery into spear booster (making it +1 extra SP reset) bc curiosity ya know. Turns out you can do that even if spear mastery is at lvl 4. You can bind it to key settings and use it too! #BugAbuse #BoosterEvery10Seconds #Perma'd

What is supposed to happen?:
I shouldn't be able to UP spear booster by resetting from spear mastery (to lvl 4) bc spear booster can only be learned after lvl 5 spear mastery, and vice-versa for pole-arms.
Where did you find and/or notice this bug?:
In the skills tab.
A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional):
Be retarded like me and max iron will first (optional).
Get SP resets from CS.
When you have lvl 5 spear mastery, reset SP from spear mastery into spear booster.

Nope it's black/white so you can't UP it, but I'm sure you can reset more SP's from spear mastery into spear booster, or other SP's from HB and stuff.
