Maple In-Game Announcement Blocks BOSS's Health Bar!

The announcement at the very top of our screen (aka a news ticker TIL) blocks the boss' health bar, which makes it difficult for us to keep track of its health (sometimes the yellow text even covers the health bar completely).


A suggestion to fix this is to move the boss' health bar a little bit down (its default position), or allow us to freely move the health bar like we can with the mini-map as such:


Hopefully, however, the timer can move down along with the health bar to make room for it!
Another suggestion is to re-color the announcement background and/or text, or to change the color of the boss' health bar, so that it would be easier to see its health.
Just a minor change/suggestion that I thought would really help us!

 

Not sure how the code works, but maybe there's a way to bypass and allow @commands to toggle timer on and off.
I also strongly recommend giving us the option to toggle announcements on/off, so that players are able to see important announcements yet also able to toggle announcements off when bossing (to reduce distractions), etc.
Just a random thought I had earlier today -- not sure if toggling the announcements on/off is permissible via @commands though! Lmk.

 

^That, and also if timer cannot be moved, removed or toggled, can the buff icons make a new line/row right under itself just before it touches the timer? (since the problem is that it gets too long in one line and thus the timer blocks them)
