Resolved (Windows) Game crashes when attempting to connect to a channel

    My client crashes when I attempt to get on any channel (I don't even make it to the character select screen). I then get error -2147287038 (Unknown error 0x80030002). I have updated to my client to the most recent one, and I have tried reinstalling. Any known fixes?

    This one is interesting. Before I am attempting to debug your account can you please completely delete your Legends folder and re-install using the current full version on site? If that doesn't work out I'll attempt to log into your account and see if I crash as well.

    Hmmm it seems that reinstalling after deleting the folder gets rid of the error. Thanks for the help!
