Elemental wand 7 and 8 bonuses

The bonus rates from what i remember when i was playing was
EW7 - 1.1x lightning, 1.25x ice.
EW8 - 1.25x lightning, 1.1x ice

Animate's thread states though that both EW7 and EW8 have the same bonus at 1.25x ice and 1.1x lightning so perhaps others can clarify.

The rates are as follows

I'm not sure why that other post says they're the same. There's a very noticeable difference

 

Probably because the Basilmarket guide says they're the same.

"Elemental Wand 7 and Elemental Wand 8 both give +10% ice damage and +5% lightning damage."

Please note that the Basilmarket guide is talking about a much later version of Maplestory, and in v.62 it might be different.
