Bouquet of Roses unavailable as a quest

    Description of the bug: The quest for turning in all 4 roses for the ring isn't there on my main character, Alyosha. He did the quest last year without any issues and the ring has now expired.
    What is supposed to happen?: Quest should be available in the log/at my Parents House
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: At my Parents House where they didn't have a quest available.
    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional): Not sure. Are any other players from last year having trouble with this or is it just me?
    Extra information (optional): I miss my speed/jump and 3 extra magic :(

    Just checked out all three of my oldest characters who completed it last year and the quest is unavailable on all of them. Also, the quest for baskets is also unavailable(Even while the drops are broken) where it shows up as available for other characters.

    I have the same problem, cant do any of the last year quest, and no gm or mod answer me on support page in the discord :/
    even if we lose 2 days of event, i guess we can only wait until next patch

    Description of the bug: I had done it last year so i was refunded individually the quest. I did it and completed it - got no rewards, didnt lose my roses
    What is supposed to happen?: Supposed to lose 1 of every rose, get the ring

    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional): complete the quest. refund the quest using the command. have it active, complete it again, get no reward
