Ulu City Questchain

Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video):
90% sure I had this quest in progress: https://poof.ml/?p=quest&id=4528. But then I logged in after 1-2 days and it was gone and I had the first quest to ulu city available, which I had already completed.
What is supposed to happen?:
The quest should still be in progress and it seems I have to do this: https://poof.ml/?p=quest&id=4526 and this: https://poof.ml/?p=quest&id=4526 again.
Where did you find and/or notice this bug?:
I noticed it today 21st of March, but it could have disappeared earlier.
A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional):
Complete Entering Ulu City and the quest that follows it, log out, log in after 1-2 days, it is gone. I am not sure though if it can be re-produced.

Update: I accepted the quest again from Ralph the Wanderer and it seems it didn't cancel my progress with the beginning of the questchain.

 

Update: something is not working properly with the quests. Here are some ss to explain it.
1. This npc shows I have 2 quests in progress in ulu city, yet I don't have the quest "Entering Ulu City" in progress.

2. As seen in the first picture, he offers me a quest called "Pushing Forward in Ulu City". If I remember correctly, I have already finished this quest, but for some reason it doesn't show it in the completed tab and not in available tab. After clicking accept with this quest, dialog closes and I don't get the quest.
