Questions about voting

I am using multiple clients on one PC. (main chara bishop, sub chara hero, Heist chara total 3 clients)

In this case, can not I vote for all the characters in one day?

use PC, cell phone, laptop.

Is this a vote abuse?

If it abuse, can I get nx only one character per day?

I am not fluent in English, so I will explain it in the following example.

ex1)
1day- bishop chara
2day- hero chara
3day- heist chara
total nx: 15,000

ex2)
1day - cell phone (bishop), PC(hero), laptop(heist)
2day - ^ same
3day - ^ same
total nx: 45,000


Does ex2 correspond to abuse?
