Marauder's Energy Charge stance is not 75%

    Description of the bug: In the 2018 Summer Revision 2 patch, Marauder's Energy Charge Stance rate has been improved from 50% to 75%. At least for my character it is unchanged.
    What is supposed to happen?: 75% chance instead of 50%, I've tested enough times to make sure it was outside margin of error, and not purely a subjective feeling.
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: Noticed it first during my HT run, but did further testing elsewhere.
    Extra information: I'll provide more data soon, posting this up first to get the ball rolling.

    In that video, I've counted 13/28 times stance working, ignoring Purple misses from mobs.

    I can second that. Stance still felt very 50% ish for me too. Maybe KimberlyKimberly can double check on that again?

    Only did a quick test but I managed to get 13 stance procs in a row SlimeShocked, which is something I don't think I've ever done before.
    I think that updated file will solve the issue.

    Really hate Neckson. It means I have to apply another patch to fix the stance case.

    I can also confirm that patch fixed the stance issue. Did the same test and I was getting close to ~70% which is just about right

    I guess you can tell other buccs to download it as well. I will apply it on the patcher.
