    This maintenance is a PATCH maintenance.
    Following this maintenance, you are required to download new files in order to play.
    Failing to do so will cause you to disconnect from the game, rendering you unable to play.
    Downloads will be made available during the maintenance.

    Hello Maplers,

    We will be performing a Scheduled Maintenance on Sunday September 16. It will last until it is done. Upon completion, the game will be brought back online and service will be restored. Once restored, you can log in and play!

    Time:
    4 PM server time

    What will be unavailable:
    • All MapleLegends game servers and channels
    • Merchants will be closed
    Changes and Updates:
    • Release of Neo Tokyo Part 1 (more info during maintenance)
    • Skill balance-related bug fixes (no actual changes)
    • Gaga will be removed - you can no longer exchange your summer items
    • Agent items will be made into Cash Items and their stats will be removed (if all goes well this time!)
    • Voting will give 5.000 Vote Cash again
    Monster Book update:
    You can now hunt cards at the Zipangu region:
    • All of Mushroom Shrine
    • All of Showa Town
    • All of Ninja Castle
    • Neo Tokyo Part 1
    *Translations are still in progress, so some mobs still have missing episode text. Huge thanks to ShinoharaShinohara for helping with Japanese translations! We'll release a mini-patch once it's fully done!
    **There seems no card for 'Castellan Toad', but there is one for 'Castellan', the preform. Will check at other regions/later versions eventually.

    Neo Tokyo not Neo City. Neo City was the nerfed version of Tokyo, which was released in GMS and KMS.

    Thanks for releasing the castellan card which not all the non-heavlywashed classes could get.
    pretty sure it's the same for some neo bosses cards.
    Time to find a real balanced server.

    Monster Books will keep getting more and more cards, like GMS did. GMS also had event only mobs you were not able to get because they were never re-used, as well as mobs only some jobs could get. The Monster Book was never meant to be fully finished.

    However, who knows we offer different ways to get 'impossible' cards in the future, the same way we offer PQ cards right now.

    GMS changed the MB so many times, ending up making the all cards possible.
    I remember myself struggling very hard for empress card (before silent crusade), the only card that was 'impossible' for me to get.
    I don't think monsterbook was never meant to be finish, i think Neckson didn't put much effort on it until silent crusade came in.
    When the monster book released in ML, I thought it's a great chance to finally have the opportunity to finish it.
    And i still think you can do it better than Neckson, and make the all cards possible for all jobs (such as what you did with the pq cards).
    When it will happen, I will gladly come back.

    Except scar/targa/zak/ht, i hunted them all.
