MPQ - Lab Report not dropping

    Description of the bug: Yulete's Lab Report not dropping
    What is supposed to happen?: For the quest "Zenumist and the Ostracized Research", Yulete's Lab Report is supposed to drop from Neo Heuroid in the final stage of Romeo and Juliet PQ
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: This was a bug we encountered on release of MPQ, but it was fixed very soon after being reported. Even so, it seems like it's bugged again because I have killed the Neo Heuroids at least 50+ times over many MPQ's and it has not dropped. Players who got the lab report right after the first fix reported they got theirs in 10 kills or less.

    I just tried and sat there for 5 minutes killing the Neo-Heuroids and it didn't drop. I tried on the Juliet side and the Romeo side. It's not dropping.

    Checked and the drops exist, and some people did it already. I have increased the drops only very slightly, but it really should just drop.

    I did MPQ exactly a week ago. It took a little more than a solid few minutes, but the item did drop. Just as I was about to give up. Increasing the drop rate sounds fair.
