Completed Scheduled Maintenance February 2, 2019

    This maintenance is a PATCH maintenance.
    You are required to download new files in order to play.
    Failing to do so will cause you to disconnect from the game.
    Downloads will be made available during the maintenance.

    Hello Maplers,

    We will be performing a Scheduled Maintenance on February 2, 2019. It will last until it is done. Upon completion, the game will be brought back online and service will be restored. Once restored, you can login and play!

    Time:
    1 PM server time

    What will be unavailable:
    • All MapleLegends game servers and channels
    • Merchants will be closed
    Changes and Updates:
    • The release of Crimsonwood Keep Party Quest
    • The mob drops from Neo Tokyo Party Quest now behave different (Feedback)
    • Final preparations for release of Store Permits*
    *Store Permits are the original merchants that were used before hired merchants were released (click here for example) These merchants uses your actual character to sell items. The benefits of these stores is that you can have both open at the same time on the same character, as well as store permits allowing you to sell more items at the same time. The downside is that you are unable to do anything with your character anymore until your shop is closed. Please refer to the table below for the values:

    - Hired Merchants: 16 items
    - Store Permit: 20 items
    - Seasonal Permit (events): 24 items

    Party Quest changes:

    - Bonus boxes in APQ, OPQ, LPQ, GPQ, and CWKPQ now contain 100 and 250 Vote Cash cards permanently*

    *An extra chance for them in GPQ, OPQ, and CWKPQ

    - Patch changes -

    Client:
    - You can now expand your EQUIP, ETC, and SETUP inventory to 116 slots from 80. This will be the final limit after numerous checks being removed. USE still stays 48 slots.

    .wz:
    - Finalizing and polish of upcoming content

    Estaremos realizando un mantenimiento programado el 2 de Febrero del 2019. Tendrá una duración indefinida. Al finalizar, el juego estará en linea y el servicio sera restaurado.

    Hora:
    1 PM hora del servidor

    No estará disponible:
    • Los servidores de juego de MapleLegends
    • Los Merchant serán cerrados
    Cambios y Actualizaciones:
    • El lanzamiento de Crimsonwood Keep Party Quest
    • Los drops de los mob de Neo Tokyo Party Quest se comportan de forma diferente (opiniones)
    • Preparaciones finales para el lanzamiento de los Store Permits* (Permiso de Tienda)
    *Store Permits son los merchants originales que fueron usados antes del lanzamiento de los merchants (click aqui para ver) Estos merchants usan a tu personaje para vender tus items. El beneficio de estas tiendas es que puedes tener ambas abiertas al mismo tiempo en un personaje, y también los store permits tienen mayor capacidad que los hired merchant. La desventaja es que no puedes hacer nada mas con tu personaje hasta que la tienda sea cerrada.

    - Hired Merchants: 16 items

    Nice. Big thanks for all of the work and testing the team put into cwkpq. Too often developers just release content then try to fix it later when something is inevitably broken, so it's good to see people care enough to release stuff when it's ready and tested rather then shoved out the door. Those little details are appreciated, even if they aren't considered too often when things are done right. Hopefully any small bugs that made it through can be quashed with hotfixes.

    The NX cards from PQ's are really neat too. It's nice to have PQ's be a great source of AP resets for any new players trying to wash.

    Any chance we can get the Christmas hairs fixed this patch? Or will that have to be put off for later?

    I tried to look into it but unfortunately I have a hard time finding what is wrong with them. Therefore, I have scheduled those fixes back to around valentine's, while making all the current tickets permanent, so they don't expire (until likely after v-day...)

    Hi Kimmy, just a heads up that the drop rate for crimson hearts, (etc for crimson guardians monster) is dreadfully low, The drop rate for the crimson hearts were never this low in gms.

    Hey so when I download the mac version (not the patcher but the entire thing), it downloads all the way but when it is time to open the app, the application opens to a black screen and then closes immediately. i tried deleting and redownloading 3 times but hasn't worked. what should i do?

    1) Right click your newly downloaded client. 2) Show Package Contents 3) Double click Wineskin 4) Go to Tools 5) Refresh Wrapper - This should help your MAC client to work.
