Incorrect Spawn in PPQ Second Stage

Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video): Upon entering the 2nd stage of Pirate PQ, the room will initially be full of mobs from all 3 waves (Mr. Alli, Kru, Captain). They do not de-spawn when starting the first wave after talking with the NPC.
What is supposed to happen?: The map should be empty upon entry. Mr. Alli should spawn during wave 1, then Kru during wave 2, then Captain during wave 3.
Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: When first entering the 2nd map of Pirate PQ.
A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional): Proceed to the 2nd stage of Pirate PQ as you would normally.
Extra information (optional): I couldn't get a good look at how many mobs there were or where exactly they were spawning, nor could I get a screen cap at the time because I was leading. I will provide a pic if I can pq again soon. Edit: This might have been fixed after the maintenance this past hour, but I will keep the thread as is until I can confirm/deny that any fixes affected this bug.

This was before, but I just saw that there were some fixes in the maintenance that sound similar to what was happening in PPQ, so I edited the post. I want to get a party together to check but it's unpopular lol u_u
