    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video): Paladin Heaven's Hammer skill at maximum level (Level 30) has a cooldown of 20 seconds.
    What is supposed to happen?: It is supposed to have a cooldown of 10 seconds.
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: After using the skill a few times while grinding various maps.
    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional): Use Heaven's Hammer (Level 30), take out stopwatch and time it.
    Extra information (optional): Nothing else really . . . hello there!
