    Just got the game, and made my account. Made my character and the game won't let me in.

    Going assume the usual here but is your anti virus or firewall blocking the game or connection to the server?

    I wish it was that, but I already made the anti-virus and firewall exceptions for the folder and executables

    I want to update. I managed to get a bit of gameplay in but got booted after checking out the cash shop and trying to get out of the cash shop, and now am not allowed back in again.

    Same message, but instead of the normal way of going to channel select, I used the "view characters"tad and join the world through there

    Hey Guys!

    I'm having a similar issue... I've tried...

    - Different PC (on same network)
    - Different Account
    - Compatilbility changes
    - Firewall settings + disabling
    - Uninstall + Clean install

    The only thing that has worked is getting my friend to log into my account at their place...

    Seems like the server might not like my IP address/Network???

    It seems like you got hit by the unlucky dynamic IP, where you're given an IP from your ISP that was previously blocked in the server maybe?

    I'd try getting in touch with KimberlyKimberly in regards to this problem
