Duplicate Report Item disappear after pet pick up

    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video): I farm zombie lupin and it dropped arc staff. I saw the pet go and pick it up, even see the log of that item. But then when i check the inventory it's not there.
    What is supposed to happen?: The staff should be in my inventory.
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: Hidden Street: Monkey Forest II
    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional):
    Extra information (optional): my pet is golden pig, i also using an arc staff dropping here (but that time i pick it up by my character). Other than that 1 special time, my pet still pick up everything fine, even other equipments

    This might be another example of a drop not corresponding to its correct pic file.

    This is due to server-client mismatch. Unfortunately that Arc Staff was another item but it showed visually different on your screen. Today's maintenance aimed to fix this issue, so please let us know if this happens again.

    Unfortunately we cannot refund the staff.
