Low Can't vote

Your screenshots (I assume) aren't loading for me. I'm guessing this message is coming up when you're on GTOP?

A common fix for this is to go into incognito mode before voting. It sounds like you've tried everything else I could suggest, but try the following steps:
Go into incognito mode
Go to maplelegends.com
Log into the MapleLegends site
Go onto the vote page
Try voting again

If, after all that, GTOP are still saying you've voted already, the only thing they'd be detecting is your IP address. There are some ways you might be able to get a new IP address (restart router, turn airplane mode off and on again if you're on mobile data, etc) and doing this isn't against any rules.

Is this happening literally every day you try to vote? If it continues, you'll have to contact GTOP, themselves. They've got a contact link in the banner at the top of their page.

Seeing your screenshots, it's also possible that your phone carrier assigns IP similar to other users when you try to vote with data. Try voting closer to vote reset time (00:00 servertime) usually helps for cases like this.

 

Please make sure you get green text saying "Thank you for voting!". If you get the message and still have issues, make sure you disabled ad blocker, enabled JavaScript, clear cookies, and try different browsers/network/devices. If the issue persists, contact GTOP with your explanation and IP address.
