Low Can't buy cosmetics with Donor Points

    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video): Can't buy cosmetics with donor NX
    What is supposed to happen?: You're supposed to be able to buy cosmetics with donor NX
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: Cash Shop
    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional):
    Extra information (optional): I tried it with the Snowman Padded Jacket, Christmas Padded Jacket, and Vintage Muffler Jacket. I get a pop-up that says: "Donor Points cannot be used to purchase this item."
