Delay power-ups as well.

We got a very awesome update back then that gave a small delay to mob skills like damage reflect and seduce, so you could react to these effects and do better overall. I am not sure 100% but this doesn't apply to power-ups. At CWPQ the warrior boss Red Nirg uses this constantly once he is heavily damaged, It doesn't seem like a big deal but as a DK this can be big, the dmg that the bosses do is fairly low so you can get away using roots as your only healing source until Red power-ups attack and then you take double damage, you can't react to it and you need to be ready to take the extra damage, in that case you have to use cheese to keep your hp above the new damage range that the bosses will do to you. With this change you could react to the animation and heal yourself with a root and not have to use cheese waiting for the buff to get up.

the delay is very small but there is a bit, still good enough for DKs to heal since the animation is kinda long o.o I think in ML is instant as soon as the animation starts
