Low Wrong Hat for Pumpkin Star Set

    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video): The original hat that came with the Pumpkin Star Set (Pumpkin Planet) has been replaced with the Mad Doctor Bolt. Also, the Mad Doctor Bolt cannot be equipped by female characters, only male.

    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional):
    Extra information (optional): not sure if replacing the original hat was intentional but at least make the Mad Doctor Bolt usable by both female and male characters
