Resolved I just want to play

When i was downloading the new update it deleted a file called msvcp or something and i couldn't open legends to play and i exceeded my quota on mega to re download the game. I really don't feel like waiting 3 hours to re download. Can anyone help to download the game? i just want to play, i'm not going to pay $5 to re download it.

 

1st link tells me i can't download it because the file was viewed too many times and i have to wait 24 hours to try to download it again.
Mirror link took me to the website that made me download the patch that deleted that certain file i needed and wasted my amount of free data i could use to download the patch. Then trying to download it again was asking for cash to try to re download. Doesn't matter anyways, i waited the 6 hours to download. Kinda sucks i had to reset my pc to get that whatever .dll file was deleted.

 

Nvm, i'm still missing that "MSVCP140.dll" file.
I resetted my pc and everything, what is this? .__.
