Monsterbook boss card NPC (How to reach and card purchase info)

My collection of 10s of thousands of blue cloth is going to be worth billions now

I NPC'ed all the Gelatin that i got while farming cube slime cards 2 days ago

 

just talked to the npc and he's not selling anything to me. Does he sell franknroid cards too?

I've been told that Franken Lloyd cards are purchasable but are not in this list, I did not check on this my self (not sure if I can since I have all cards from pq) but could this list be updated accordingly if this is true?

 

they ARE buyable though? I've already bought them??

A few people posted screen shots of them buying them before, not all GM's have actually played the game, sorry about that bud.

Don't mean to be nitpicking but I think my question as to update the post was partially missunderstood.
I meant for the items required to be listed aswell just like the other bosses.
I've just been informed by someone in guild hunting out for them that it takes Dual Pirate's Propeller for this the Frank card.
And as a final note, it says '(5 bosses, 25 cards in total for full set)' which is 6 now

 

Is there an update for the ETC required for the Franken Lloyd card?

 

I believe its Dual Pirate's Propeller, someone in guild went to farm them for the card long ago, like I said in my previous post.

 

Are the items for pirate lord and franken lloyd buyable? The npc only shows 4 bosses for me
