Low Can't create guild.

    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video): My character Mizar, I can't create guild, but another character of mine, I could.
    What is supposed to happen?: When I make a guild, it kept saying name can't be used. please try again.
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: Orbis create guild.
    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional):
    Extra information (optional): Can someone helps me?

    I tried to create guild on my other char. It worked with the name I want. I just made new and and create the guild. thank you a lot.
