    Beginner
    Hi I'm a new player and for some reason, after making a character and trying to start the game, the game crashes. Is there any way I can fix this?

    Absolutely, do keep in mind this is not something that is normal. They are quite formal with notifying the server of maintenance. The last few hours there has been severe lag due to the abnormal influx of players (on already normal peak times). I've been playing a week or two and this server is lovely, honestly. Definitely worth the unfortunate (and unexpected) wait!
