Low /alliance command does nothing

    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video):Typing /alliance in chat bar does nothing, instead of switching to alliance chat.
    What is supposed to happen?:Switch to alliance chat.
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?:The chat bar
    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional):While in chat bar and not already in alliance chat, enter "/alliance". Nothing happens.
    Extra information (optional): Before the patch, the February client didn't have this bug, but the December client did.
