Low Mobs and skills freeze and don't work at a certain time of the day

    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video): At a certain time of the day, monsters in the map i'm in would freeze on the spot. I can occasionally use attack skills but buffs would take very long for it to work or would not work at all
    What is supposed to happen?:The game should run as per normal
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?:It happens usually at 1pm server time, and usually freezes ever so often for me that it got unplayable. However, morning and afternoon in my area is very smooth.

    This happened in short 2~3 seconds before the May patch, but has been happening consistently for the past few days at night time in my area.

    Can you try use a VPN and see if it still occur? People using M1 Starhub and Singtel have been reporting these problems

    Okay a VPN fixed it, even on channel 1 it's smooth.

    In short, fuck all telcos in SG lmao
