    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video):
    What is supposed to happen?: Energy Blast delay is back, Dragon Strike huge delay is back, Barrage huge delay is back, Snatch delay is back (there wasn't any after the buff). I'm not sure if the damage numbers got affected (altho the text numbers say the damage it should do).
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?:In my buccaneer
    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional):
    Extra information (optional):
    I would like if anyoen could take a close look to leave Buccaneer as it was before. Just in case take a look into all the skills. Also hmmm o.o altho not a big priority could we have the descprition fixed for barrel?.
