Low Simplified Chinese typing will display garbled

    What is supposed to happen?:
    typing 路 but show 欧，typing 嘛 but show 棚……
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?:
    chat with friends.To All many characters are decoded to give wrong phonetic character. If I use wishper, self computer to display the correct content, others' computers still display the wrong content.

    If others computer doesn't have utf8 set up, they won't see all of my typing.and now Buddy Talk(Buddy invite talk window) is the correct display.only To All was garbled.

    And I try to submit a problem about jquery.min.js loading in other reports, and I don't know can your set it load on the website instead. In China, it can't be loaded from ajax.googleapis.com, so Libarary can't be used.
