Any penalty for job advancement delay?

    Do any experienced players know if there is any penalty for job advancement delay?
    For example when 3rd job advance at level 80 instead of level 70, does it mean losing 10 levels of 3rd job skill points?

    As far as I know the only penalty you get is some hp/mp you're getting from the skills you did not put points in. The skill points you still get them.

    For the third job there's never a penalty. For the second job it can be rough for mages (extra mp skill) or warriors (extra hp skill). It doesn't matter for any other situation. Just don't use the skill points that you get after you over-level until you advance
