Low Time Leap Skill

Where did you find and/or notice this bug?:

Currently facing issues with Time Leap Skill Quest for Buccaneer. I followed the Guide on the Maplelegends Forum and referred to this link for the Time Leap Search Line and followed exactly. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zytZWBiM2QI
However, after killing Papulatus and accepting the final quest "The New Revelation", I returned to Natilus Dock to speak to Rolonay to complete the Quest. To my surprise, despite following the step-by-step guide, the search could not be completed. I sought help through @gm but there was no follow-up. Eventually I lost the search "The New Revelation" to be able to redo the last part of the search line. Now I cannot accept the quest "The secret behind the journey in space-time", since I cannot locate the NPC Papulatus inside the clock tower to continue with the quest "The new revelation" (* When I enter the tower of the clock, 'will be the normal map of chief papulatus)
