    Agreeing to Quest ring but need to make Event ring give more HP than Quest ring or else Event ring will have no incentive to obtain.
    eg. Quest ring 1k HP, Event ring 1.5k HP yada yada...

    Not in the current state, no. Without having done at least 2-3 previous events and wearing some unoptimal HP gears (exact amount depends on how generous the events were), ranged characters cannot survive Ariel's genesis, never mind Pink Bean's fireball attack (which is a lot more avoidable, but requires more effort from the entire group, and may be outright impossible for otherwise strong NLs without gimping their own damage, due to how aggro mechanics in ML work).

    Monster book ring is permanent too, quest ring is exactly the same as that. I don't see why it would cause any balance problems.
