Low Skele aggro at The Dragon Nest Left Behind is broken for certain spawns

Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video):

There are a couple spawn points on The Dragon Nest Left Behind that don't move unless they are hit first. This doesn't seem to be an issue when I go into the mini-dungeon the map. It also doesn't seem to be an issue on a particular channel, and observed it on a different channel. This affects training when using rush.

What is supposed to happen?:

When I use rush on one of the mobs that does not aggro, it should be pushed back. The monster should move (a little) when spawned.

Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: Training at skeles on 2020-01-24 midnight server time.

I've never experienced anything like it, but I'll take your word for it. It looks fine after the maintenance.
