Windows XP/Vista/7 Lag and Dc in-game

Hi, just starting yesterday my client has been lagging and Dc-Ing every now and then. I’m able to smoothly log in but once I create a character, I’ll enter the world but my game freezes. Sometimes it let’s me play for a short while before freezing again.

I’ve already tried running as admin, setting compatibility to Windows 7, restarting comp multiple times, reinstalling fresh new client and putting the autoimagecache thing to false.

Is there anything I can do?
